It isn’t Christian, nice, gracious, or loving to suppress the ugly truth about abortion: ABORTION IS MURDER! What happens when pro-life Christians think abortion is wrong, but can’t stomach the full Biblical conviction and communication of the ugly truth that abortion is murder? They don’t treat it like the vicious murder of a precious baby created in the image of God. They are mildly put out by the idea of abortion, but they are not appalled by and angered by the cruel slaughter and sale of unborn babies. At best, they make mild attempts to discourage their friends and family from having abortions, then they “support” them in their decision to murder, rip limb from limb, and discard their baby as refuse or sell his or her organs for spare parts and research, comforting themselves in their murderous apathy by offering foolish platitudes about praying for them. At worst, they just “support” them in their decision to murder their baby and skip the uncomfortable talk about how they “feel about abortion” and the platitudes about praying for them. In both of these scenarios a supposedly “pro-life” Christian has helped a mother become a murderer. In both of these scenarios a supposedly “pro-life” Christian graciously helped facilitate the unconscionable murder of an unborn baby. That kind of “support” isn’t Christian, nice, gracious, loving, or pro-life, it’s murderous. That’s right, to offer “support” to a person engaged in murdering another human being is murderous. That’s the ugly truth.
The tragic video below shows a professing “pro-life” Christian escorting her mother to the Lovejoy Surgicenter abortuary to provide “support” to her mother as she murdered her little brother or sister. When pressed regarding her claim to being “pro-life” and her culpability for the murder of her sibling, she said: “I’m here to support my mom, and that’s it. I let her know how I felt about it. That’s all I can do, and pray for her.” That’s what happens when we don’t preach, teach, and believe the unchanging, uncompromising truth of God’s Word about abortion –about the murder of unborn human beings. May God grant both the daughter and the mother repentance for the murder they premeditated and carried out together at Portland’s most notorious baby murdering institution, the Lovejoy Surgicenter.
The Lovejoy Surgicenter waiting room is just behind the mirrored double doors you see in the video. Mothers sit there waiting for their name to be called so that their unnamed baby boy or girl can be murdered. “Supporting” fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, and friends sit with the mothers until their name is called and they follow a nurse to the back offices where mothers become murderers. They can hear every word being preached. On their darkest day, a day of premeditated murder, they hear the Law of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. By God’s grace, the ministry of His Word has rescued many babies out of that waiting room.
Love of God, in whose image and by whose sovereign decree every child is conceived, demands that we speak the ugly truth about abortion. Love of mothers and fathers in danger of becoming the mother and father of a murdered baby, demands that we speak the ugly truth about abortion. Love of the unborn babies being slaughtered and discarded as trash, or sold for parts, demands that we speak the ugly truth about abortion. We must speak this uncomfortable, unpopular, ugly truth loud and clear in our churches, in our circle of friends, with family members, and on the street: ABORTION IS MURDER!
Bible believing Christians don’t graciously let friends and family know how they feel about abortion, and then help them murder, dismember, and discard their baby. Bible believing Christians speak with clarity and conviction born out of an understanding of Scripture. Bible believing Christians let their friends and family know what God says about abortion, and make it clear that they’ll not be offering or giving any “support” to facilitate the murder of a precious human being created in the image of God. Suppressing the ugly truth about abortion is un-Biblical and un-Christian. Supporting a friend or family member in their murder of an unborn baby is un-Biblical, un-Christian, and murderous.
BIBLICAL ABORTION MINISTRY:
Psalm 19:7
The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple;*NOTE: Bible believing Christians believe what God’s Word says about the ministry of God’s perfect Law. Christians believe God and minister the His perfect Law for the converting of the soul and to make the simple wise. Christian abortion ministry keeps the conversion of the soul the first priority, knowing that the simple are only made wise (truly repentant) through a work of genuine salvation. Those convinced by secular counsel or psychological manipulation against their will, remain unconvinced still. The sinful self-loving nature that compelled them to take the life of their own child has not changed. They’ll perish in their sins under the wrath of God, and even if they change their mind and choose life in the moment, they’ll likely be back another day to murder another child, because their sinful behavior and murderous heart has not changed. This isn’t theory, it’s Biblical fact that’s played out before the eyes of those involved in abortion ministry.
2 Timothy 3:15
The Holy Scriptures . . . are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.*NOTE: God’s Word is the singular means to turn sinners from the love of themselves and their sin to genuine repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. You either believe God about the power and ministry of His Word or you don’t. If you don’t believe God, you aren’t actually a Christian, therefore it’s no wonder you would want to use secular counseling or psychological manipulation in place of God’s Word. Christians believe God and minister His Word lovingly and boldly with full confidence that He will save sinners and rescue perishing babies through the clear proclamation of Scripture.
Exodus 20:13
Thou shalt not murder.*NOTE: This is the Law of God that every person involved in the abortion industry, every person that supports or helps facilitate the murder of unborn babies, and every expectant mother and father considering abortion or actively seeking an abortion needs to hear. Every abortion is an act of premeditated murder. Every abortion is a vicious violation of God’s Law: “Thou shalt not murder.” They need to hear it without nuance or equivocation. They need to hear it plainly, clearly, and dogmatically. That is love. That is what God will empower through the Holy Spirit to facilitate repentance and saving faith. That is how souls will be saved and beautiful unborn babies will be rescued.
Exodus 21:22-25
If men fight, and hurt a woman with child, so that she gives birth prematurely, yet no harm follows, he shall surely be punished accordingly as the woman’s husband imposes on him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. But if any harm follows, then you shall give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.*NOTE: God’s Law declares the unborn “child” to be fully human and of equal value to born human beings. The punitive portion of this Scripture is not encouraging vigilantism, it’s God’s Law to be carried out by the governing authorities in Israel against those who harm or murder unborn human beings.

Whoever hates his brother (fellow human being) is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.*NOTE: Those who murder babies and those who support the murder of babies need to be warned that the wrath of God abides upon them. Love warns the perishing.
Revelation 21:8
But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.*NOTE: Those who live sinful self-loving lives of sexual immorality and then murder their babies need to be warned of the certain wrath of God that abides upon them. Love warns and calls the perishing to repentance and faith in Christ.
John 3:36
He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.1 Timothy 1:15
This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners*Note: Proclaim the Law of God, warn of certain coming judgment, and then call them to flee from the wrath to come to Jesus Christ who is ever ready to save repentant sinners.
Proverbs 24:11-12
Deliver those who are drawn toward death, and hold back those stumbling to the slaughter. If you say, “Surely we did not know this,” does not He who weighs the hearts consider it? He who keeps your soul, does He not know it? And will He not render to each man according to his deeds?*NOTE: Speaking the truth, the whole truth, the plain truth, the ugly truth…is the Biblical and loving manner in which Christians must confront the evil of abortion. Apathy, silence, nuance, and equivocation are all forms of hate –hatred for the babies that are being butchered, and hatred for those who will suffer the eternal wrath of God in Hell unless they feel the weight of their sin and look to Jesus Christ in faith.
